These La Limpia sessions are the traditional shamanic cleanse and healing of the highlands of Ecuador. The ancient Yachaks (wise ones/shamans) also known as the bird people, were deep observers of nature and life. Through deep observation they discovered that we experience issues in life when there is weakness in the spiritual "luminous field' surrounding the body that allows stress and negative energies to penetrate into the skin, eventually working its way deeper into the body resulting in disease. During la Limpia we work to0 cleanse and reharmonize this energy field and the physical body.

The sessions adapt to give you what you need. They work with the four directions and elements to create balance in the internal systems resulting in inner calm and presence while igniting the passion to do what we came here to do in life. Sessions can include the use of plant leaves, feathers, eggs, aromatic smoke (Palo Santo, Sage, Copal), stones, sulfur, and fire to cleanse and purify the energy of the light body (aura), skin and internal organs. La Limpia can be used to remove energy attachments due stress, trauma and also do deposessions. Aqua de florida (flower water), aromatic oils and flowers instill the beauty of life. Sounds of bells, whistles or flutes harmonize energy and call the soul into the body. Volcanic stones and tobacco provide protection. It is a multi-step process designed to cleanse, harmonize and invigorate the mind, body and spirit.
