Ecuador Trip Cancellation Policy

Bookings for this trip involve advance arrangements for reservations, logistical, operational and third-party services. For this reason, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:

Cancellation by the organizer

If the trip must be canceled by the organizer due to operational, logistical or force majeur, participants will be entitled to either:

• A full refund of the amount paid minus any non-refundable costs (hotel reservations, transportation costs, etc), or

• The option to reschedule the trip to new dates, subject to availability.

Cancellation by the participant

If the cancellation is requested by the participant, refunds will be applied according to the time in advance of the trip start date:

• More than 30 days before the trip: 70% refund

• Between 29 and 15 days: 40% refund

• 15 days or less: no refund applies
