Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

 

Sessions

 

Sessions are reserved specifically for you and require advance booking. Perishable items are purchased for some sessions. In other words it costs me money when people make last minute changes in scheduling. 

 

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited or a rescheduling fee may be assed if perishable items are involved.

 

Refunds are not offered for sessions but they are transferable to another person. If you are unable to attend your session, please reach out as soon as possible. In certain circumstances, exceptions may be made at my discretion.

 

Packages (if applicable)

 

If you purchase a package of sessions, it is your responsibility to use them within a reasonable timeframe. Packages are non-refundable but are transferable.

 

Workshops & Events

 

Due to limited space and preparation involved, cancellations are non-refundable but in some cases may be transferable to another person or event. No shows are non refundable and not transferable.

 

Physical Products 

 

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.

 

If your item arrives damaged:

 

• Please contact me within 3 days of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

 

If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered.

These policies are in place to honor both your time and mine, and to allow this work to be offered with presence and integrity. By booking a session, purchasing a product, or registering for an event, you agree to this policy.
