Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
General
These policies are clarified here to honor both your time and mine, and to allow this work to be offered and received with integrity. By booking a session, purchasing a product, or registering for an event or trip, you agree to this policy.
Sessions
Sessions are reserved specifically for you and require advance booking. Perishable items are purchased for some sessions and it costs me money when people make changes in scheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
Refunds are not offered for sessions but they can be rescheduled and are transferable to another person. If you are unable to attend your session, please reach out as soon as possible. In circumstances or true emergency or hardship exceptions may be made at my discretion.
Packages (if applicable)
If you purchase a package of sessions, it is your responsibility to use them within a reasonable timeframe. Customizations can be made to expiration dates just ask. Packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. In circumstances or true emergency or hardship exceptions may be made at my discretion.
Workshops & Events
Due to limited space and preparation involved, tickets are non-refundable but in some cases may be transferable to another person or event. No shows are non refundable.
Ecuador Trip
Bookings for this trip involve advance arrangements for reservations, logistical, operational and third-party services. For this reason, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:
Cancellation by the organizer
If the trip must be canceled by the organizer due to operational, logistical, or force majeure reasons, passengers will be entitled to either:
• A full refund of the amount paid, or
• The option to reschedule the trip to new dates, subject to availability.
Cancellation by the participant
If the cancellation is requested by the participant, refunds will be applied according to the time in advance of the trip start date:
• More than 30 days before the trip: 70% refund
• Between 29 and 15 days: 40% refund
• 15 days or less: no refund applies
Physical Products
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged:

If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered.
