Understanding your life purpose often brings awareness to the patterns, fears, or experiences that have been holding you back. Insight alone doesn’t always create change. When this is the case, deeper support is available.
La limpia—Spanish for “the cleanse”—works by clearing the energetic residue that builds up over time, restoring balance and vitality to the body, mind, and spirit. The process is gentle, yet it can go deep, helping to release even long-held or stubborn patterns.

Traditionally, la limpia is a common practice of energetic hygiene. Just like our homes need routine cleaning in order to maintain a comfortable living environment, so does our inner sanctuary. This is particularly true in the midst of the chronic stress and chaos of modern life.

This style of la limpia comes from the Kichwa traditions of Ecuador—a powerful practice rooted in a deep relationship with nature. With the blessings and guidance of my teachers, I carry this work forward with respect and care.
